6. הכנסת מכלי גפ״מ לישראל
(א)לא יכניס אדם לישראל ולא ייבא אליה מכלי גפ״מ שמולאו בגפ״מ במיתקן גז מחוץ לתחומי השיפוט של מדינת ישראל.
(ב)הוראות סעיף קטן (א) לא יחולו על ייבוא מכלי גפ״מ שלא למילוי חוזר שתקן ישראלי ת״י 844 חל עליהם, וקיבולת כל אחד מהם אינה עולה על 1 ליטר.
