19. אחסון מכלי מחנאות בבית מסחר
(א)בבית מסחר הנמצא בבנין, ניתן לאחסן מכלי מחנאות אם נתקיימו כל אלה:
(1)סך כל קיבול מכלי המחנאות אינו עולה על 150 ליטרים מים;
(2)המכלים יוחסנו בכלובי מגן;
(3)תותקן מערכת התזת מים אוטומטית לקירור המכלים;
(4)כלוב מגן יותקן בפינת החדר;
(5)החדר יהיה מאוורר היטב.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), ניתן להחזיק מכל מחנאות אחד מכל סוג מחוץ לכלוב מגן למטרת תצוגה.
