5. מספור מיתקני שאיבה
(א)בעל מיתקן שאיבה יסמן כל מיתקן שאיבה שברשותו במספר סידורי וידווח על כך לממונה.
(ב)הותקן מיתקן שאיבה חדש, שהספקו 50 קילוואט ומעלה, ידווח בעל מיתקן השאיבה על כך לממונה, בתוך שלושה חודשים מיום התקנתו.
