8. הוראות מעבר
מיתקני שאיבה אשר במועד תחילת תקנות אלה היו חייבים בבדיקה, ייבדקו בתוך 90 ימים מיום תחילתן של תקנות אלה; על אף האמור, במקרים שבהם יותר מ־5 מיתקני שאיבה השייכים לבעל מיתקני שאיבה בודד החייבים בדיקה כאמור, יהיה הוא רשאי להגיש לממונה תכנית לביצוע הבדיקות ולבצען כפי שיאשר הממונה.
