Section 1 of תקנות מקורות אנרגיה (בדיקת נצילות הבעירה במחממים מוסקים בדלק נוזלי או בגז), התשס״ד–2004, הגדרות.
1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בוחן“ – אדם שהממונה אישר לו לבצע בדיקת נצילות הבעירה בהתאם לתקנות אלה;
”גז“ – גז פחמימני מעובה, גז טבעי או גז המתקבל מתהליכי תסיסה המשמש חומר בעירה להסקת מחמם;
”גזי פליטה“ – תוצר של שריפת החומרים המסיקים את המחמם;
”מחמם“ – דוד או מחולל למים חמים, לאוויר חם או שמן תרמי בהספק גדול מ־580 קוו״ט (500,000 קק״ל/לשעה) המוסק בדלק נוזלי או בגז;
”תקן“ – ת״י 1676 ”מיתקני הסקה למים חמים“.
