4. חובת קיום ההוראות
האחריות לקיום הוראת תקנה 2 חלה על בעל המחמם וכן על כל אדם, שאינו עובד של בעל המחמם, אשר שירותיו נשכרו לצורך הפעלת המחמם או לצורך תחזוקתו.
