Section 2 of תקנות מקורות אנרגיה (ביצוע סקר לאיתור פוטנציאל לשימור אנרגיה), התשע״ט–2018, תכנית לביצוע סקר.
2. תכנית לביצוע סקר
(א)צרכן אנרגיה יגיש לאישור הממונה תכנית לביצוע סקר, על בסיס המפרט, בתדירות לפי תקנה 4.
(ב)הממונה רשאי לדרוש מצרכן אנרגיה לתקן את תכנית הסקר, כפי שיורה לו, בתוך 30 ימי עבודה מיום הגשתה, ותכנית הסקר תתוקן בתוך 30 ימי עבודה, מיום קבלת דרישה לתיקון כאמור.
(ג)הממונה יאשר תכנית סקר בתוך 30 ימי עבודה מיום שהוגשה לו, ואם נדרשו תיקונים בתוך 15 ימים מיום שהוגשה לו תכנית סקר מתוקנת.
