7. צוות בין־משרדי
בצוות בין־משרדי יהיו 5 חברים, כמפורט להלן:
(1)הממונה והוא יהיה יושב ראש הצוות;
(2)שני נציגים, עובדי משרד האנרגיה שימנה השר;
(3)נציג אחד, עובד משרד האוצר שימנה שר האוצר;
(4)נציג אחד, עובד המשרד להגנת הסביבה שימנה השר להגנת הסביבה.
