3. פטור מחובת ביצוע בדיקה תקופתית למדידת היעילות האנרגטית של יחידת קירור מים
(א)על אף האמור בתקנה 2, הממונה רשאי לפטור בעלים של יחידת קירור מים מחובת ביצוע בדיקה תקופתית למדידת היעילות האנרגטית של יחידת קירור המים שבחזקתו אם שוכנע כי לא ניתן לבצע בדיקה כאמור מסיבה טכנית.
(ב)פטור כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) יינתן רק בנסיבות חריגות ומנימוקים מיוחדים שיפרסמו באתר האינטרנט של משרד האנרגיה והמים.
