4. הגשת תסקיר ליועץ המשפטי לממשלה
קצין מבחן יערוך תסקיר גם בהתאם להוראות היועץ המשפטי לממשלה, בא כוחו או תובע כמשמעותו בסעיף 12(א)(2) לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי [נוסח משולב], התשמ״ב–1982, שניתנו באמצעות קצין המבחן הראשי ויגישו בהתאם להוראות האמורות.
