2. הוראות מעבר
נקבע בתקנות סדרי הדין מועד לכל הליך, בקשה או פעולה אחרת, ונעשו הפעולות לפני תחילת תקפן של תקנות אלה והיו עשויות כדין אילו היו תקנות אלה בנות תוקף אותה שעה, יוארך המועד שנקבע לעשייתן בשלושים יום מיום תחילת תקפן של תקנות אלה, אם לא נפסלו בכוח פסק דין סופי או החלטה סופית אחרת.
