5. החזקת תיקים
(א)תיקי ההליכים האזרחיים יוחזקו בבית משפט השלום בירושלים, בבית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים, או בבית המשפט העליון, לפי סמכויותיהם כאמור בפרק זה.
(ב)תיקים של בתי־המשפט שערב היום הקובע היה מקום מושבם בשטח התחולה, ואשר תקנת־משנה (א) אינה חלה עליהם, יוחזקו כדרך שמוחזקים תיקים בבתי־המשפט האמורים בתקנת־משנה (א).
