8. ריבית
(א)איגרות החוב ישאו ריבית קבועה בשיעור של 4.8% לשנה.
(ב)הריבית תשולם בשיעורים חצי־שנתיים, בעד תקופה של ששה חודשים שקדמה למועד התשלום; התשלום הראשון יחול ששה חודשים מיום הוצאת הסדרה של איגרות החוב.
