19. רעש והטרדה
לא יעורר אדם רעש בתחנה או בקרון, בין בכלי ובין בדרך אחרת, בין לבדו ובין עם אחרים, אם הדבר הוא למורת רוחם של נוסעים אחרים או של המנהל, התחנאי או מלווה הקרון.
