4. התייצבות לבוא בברית הזוגיות
הוזמנו בני זוג על ידי רשם הזוגיות לבוא בברית הזוגיות, יתייצבו במועד שנקבע לכך ויזוהו על ידי הרשם באמצעות תעודות זהות או דרכון ישראלי תקף; בני זוג המבקשים לאמת הסכם ממון יביאו עמם שני עותקים של הסכם הממון.
