ערעור על החלטת הרשם לפי סעיף 12 לחוק יוגש לבית המשפט בתוך ארבעים וחמישה ימים ממועד המצאת החלטת הרשם; על הגשת הערעור ועל הדיון בו יחולו הוראות תקנות בית משפט לענייני משפחה (סדרי דין), התשפ״א–2020.
