2. הקמת ועדה והרכבה
הגנז יקים ועדה שתהיה מורכבת מחברים אלה:
(1)הגנז שישמש יושב ראש הועדה;
(2)כל מנהלי הארכיונים הציבוריים;
(3)חבר אחד שיתמנה על ידי בית הספרים הלאומי והאוניברסיטאי;
(4)נציג משרד ראש הממשלה שימונה על־ידי המנהל הכללי של משרד ראש הממשלה;
(5)מנהל הארכיון של צבא־הגנה לישראל.
