2. רשימת הזכאים לתגמול הנוסף
(א)צבא הגנה לישראל (להלן – צה״ל) יערוך מדי שנה רשימה של הזכאים לתגמול נוסף בהתאם לתנאי הזכאות שנקבעו בפקודות הצבא.
(ב)רשימת הזכאים לתגמול הנוסף תועבר על ידי צה״ל לרשות המסים בישראל (להלן – רשות המסים) אחת לשנה; ההעברה תיעשה בצורה ממוכנת על פי הנחיות מנהל רשות המסים, וזאת עד ליום 15 באפריל שלאחר השנה המזכה.
