מוקמות בזה יחידות סיוע ליד בתי הדין הרבניים: באר שבע, אשדוד, אשקלון, ירושלים, חיפה, טבריה–צפת, רחובות, תל אביב, נתניה, פתח תקווה; יחידות סיוע ייתנו בעצמן או באמצעות אחרים, שירותי ייעוץ, אבחון, טיפול וגישור בענייני משפחה (להלן – ייעוץ בענייני משפחה).
