7. העמדת מומחה לבית הדין
(א)בית הדין רשאי לפנות ליחידת הסיוע בבקשה שתמליץ לפניו על מומחה למתן חוות דעת בכתב בענייני משפחה; יחידת הסיוע תמליץ על מומחה מבין המומחים המנויים ברשימות המומחים.
(ב)הפנתה יחידת הסיוע את בעלי הדין, בהסכמתם, למומחה שיכין חוות דעת, רשאי בית הדין לראות את חוות הדעת של המומחה כאילו ניתנה על ידי מומחה שהוא מינה.
