תיקון: תשפ״ב
מרפאה שמתקיימים בה כל התנאים שבתקנה 3(א), יראו אותה כמרפאה שקיבלה אישור שר הבריאות כמוסד רפואי מוכר לגבי הפסקות היריון תרופתיות בלבד, לעניין פרק י׳ סימן ב׳ לחוק, בלא הגשת בקשה לפי תקנה 6.
