4. אופן תשלום תגמולי הביטוח
תיקון: תשפ״ב
תשלום תגמולי הביטוח במקרה הביטוח יהיה בדרך של קצבה חודשית, כל עוד המבוטח נמצא במצב של אובדן כושר עבודה לפי תנאי הפוליסה, לפחות עד הגיע המבוטח לגיל הפרישה המוקדמת כמשמעותו בחוק גיל פרישה, התשס״ד–2004.
