12. חריגה מתקציב
ראה שר הבריאות שתאגיד בריאות מבצע עבודה או פעולה –
(1)בלא הקצבה בתקציבו המאושר או חורג מתקציבו המאושר בדרך אחרת;
(2)בניגוד לתקנות אלה;
(3)שחוזה לעשייתם טעון אישור על פי כל דין; כשאישור כאמור לא ניתן,
רשאי הוא לנקוט אמצעים הדרושים, לדעתו, לתיקון הליקויים האמורים, ובהם הוראה להפסיק את העבודה או את הפעולה.
