3. ביקורת
(א)תאגיד בריאות יהיה גוף מבוקר כמשמעותו בחוק מבקר המדינה, התשי״ח–1958 [נוסח משולב].
(ב)תאגיד בריאות יעביר למבקר הפנים של משרד הבריאות כל מידע שדרש ממנו, בתוך התקופה שקבע בדרישתו; דרישת מבקר הפנים של משרד הבריאות תוגש למנהל הכללי של התאגיד או ליושב ראש הדירקטוריון שלו.
