6. דחיית המועד לתשלום דמי הבראה בשנת 2009
דמי ההבראה שעל פי דין או הסכם על מעביד לשלם לעובד בתקופה שמיום תחילתו של חוק זה עד יום י׳ באב התשס״ט (31 ביולי 2009), רשאי המעביד לדחות את מועד תשלומם, ובלבד שישולמו לא יאוחר מיום י״א באב התשס״ט (1 באוגוסט 2009).
