8. הרחבת תחולת סעיף 7
הוראות סעיף 7(1) ו־(3) יחולו גם על עובד המועסק אצל מעביד שאינו מנוי בפסקאות (1) עד (7) להגדרה ”מעביד“, לגבי הפחתה ממשכורתו אצל אותו מעביד בתקופה הקובעת, ששיעורה אינו עולה על 1.5% ממשכורתו השנתית של העובד, או ממשכורתו השנתית כשהיא מחולקת ב־12, לפי העניין, ובלבד שהעובד אינו ”בעל שליטה“ כהגדרתו בסעיף 32(9) לפקודת מס הכנסה, במעביד.
