5. תחולת הוראות מחוק לתשלום חלקי של דמי הבראה על חייל ועל עובד קבלן כוח אדם
הוראות חוק זה יחולו גם על מי שחלות עליו הוראות סעיף 10 או 11, לפי העניין, לחוק לתשלום חלקי של דמי הבראה.
