5. אגרת רישום
תיקון: תשכ״א, תשל״ג־2, תשל״ו, תשל״ו־2, תשל״ח, תשמ״א, תשמ״ה, תשס״א
(א)בעד רישום ציוד הנדסי, ובעד מסירת פרטים בהודעה שנתית לענין סעיף 5 לחוק, תשולם אגרה כמפורט בתוספת השניה.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), יבואן המחזיק בציוד למטרות מסחר בלבד, פטור מרישומו של ציוד שטרם נמכר ומתשלום אגרה בעדו.
