תיקון: תשס״א
על רישום ציוד ועל תשלום האגרה ימסור הרשם לבעל הציוד רישיון ובו מספר הרישום; הרישיון יישמר צמוד לציוד או בידי אדם המטפל בו, ואותו אדם או בעל הציוד חייבים להציגו לבודק לפי דרישתו.
