2. הגבלות פיזור רעלים וכימיקאלים מזיקים מכלי טיס
תיקון: תשנ״ב
לא יפזר אדם, במישרין או בעקיפין, רעל או כימיקאל מזיק מכלי טיס –
(1)מעל בית או במרחק של 120 מטרים ממנו;
(2)מעל דרך או במרחק 12 מטרים ממנה;
(3)כאשר הרוח נושבת מכיוון השטח המיועד לריסוס לכיוון בית או דרך; כיוון הרוח ייבדק לפני הריסוס ובמהלכו על ידי אבוקת עשן דולקת בשטח.
