14. איסור הכאה או פציעה
(א)לא יכה אדם חזיר במקל, במאיץ חשמלי או בכל מכשיר אחר, לא יפצע אותו ולא יגרום לו כווייה.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), לא יראו בסימון חזיר באמצעות קעקוע, שבב תת־עורי או תווית אוזן או בביצוע קיטום זנב וקיטום ושיוף ניבים או סירוס לפי תקנות 15 ו־16 לתקנות אלה, כהכאה או כפציעה אסורה.
