על אף האמור בתקנה 12(1), בתקופה שעד תום שישה חודשים מיום התחילה, לא תוחזק חזירה מבכירה או חזירה לרבייה בבידוד בתא הזרעה, למשך זמן העולה על עשרים ושמונה ימים.
