19. חובות מדריך
(א)מדריך יגביל את מספר המבקרים בתחום ליטוף באופן שיאפשר לו לפקח על רווחת בעלי החיים הנמצאים בו.
(ב)מדריך לא יאפשר מגע בבעל חיים בפינת ליטוף אלא בתחום ליטוף.
(ג)לא מילא מבקר אחר הוראות מדריך, יורה לו המדריך לצאת מתחום הליטוף.
