27. מבנה עגלה או כרכרה
לא יעביד אדם בעל חיים רתום לעגלה או לכרכרה אלא בתנאים אלה:
(1)בעגלה או בכרכרה מותקן מעצור, שמאפשר בלימה של הגלגלים;
(2)מבנה העגלה או הכרכרה והרתמות לא פוגע בבעל החיים ומתאים לגודלו;
(3)על העגלה או על הכרכרה רשום משקלה.
