41. אחריות בעלים
הופרה הוראה מהוראות תקנות אלה, יואשם בעבירה גם הבעלים או המחזיק של בעל החיים או אחראי על המיתקן, לפי העניין, זולת אם הוכיח שהעבירה נעברה שלא בידיעתו ושנקט את כל האמצעים הסבירים למניעתה.
