7. טיפול בבעל חיים חולה או סובל
(א)מחזיק בעל חיים חולה או סובל, יספק לו, בתוך זמן סביר, טיפול הולם לשם ריפויו או לשם הקלת סבלו.
(ב)דורש הטיפול הרפואי בבעל חיים החזקה בתנאים שונים מן הקבוע בתקנות אלה, יוחזק בעל החיים בתנאים הנדרשים.
