16. בקשות להיבחן
(א)הרוצה להיבחן יפנה בבקשה בכתב למנהל לא יאוחר משלושים ימים לפני מועד הבחינה.
(ב)עולה חדש רשאי תוך שלוש שנים ממועד עלייתו לבקש להיבחן בשפת ארץ מוצאו; הועדה רשאית, לפי שיקול דעתה, לצרף מתורגמן לבחינה בעל־פה או תרגום לבחינה בכתב.
