31. סמכויות וחובות
(א)סמכות לפי תקנות אלה אינה גורעת מסמכות לפי חיקוק אחר וקיום חובה לפי תקנות אלה אינו פוטר מקיום חובה לפי חיקוק אחר.
(ב)אין בתקנות אלה כדי לקבוע שטכנאי שיניים הוא ”טכנאי“ לענין כל דין או הסדר אחר החל או נהוג לגבי טכנאים דרך כלל.
