11. הגשת דין וחשבון
מדריך יגיש למועצה המדעית דין וחשבון על התמחותו של המתמחה אצלו לפי בקשתו של יו״ר המועצה המדעית; יו״ר המועצה רשאי לדרוש מן המתמחה ומן המדריך ביאורים בקשר לדין וחשבון ופרטים נוספים, כפי שימצא לנכון, בין בעל פה ובין בכתב.
