4. זכות לתואר מומחה
המנהל יאשר תואר מומחה למי שנתקיימו בו כל אלה:
(1)הוא רופא שיניים;
(2)הוא סיים את תקופת ההתמחות ועמד בבחינות לפי תקנות אלה או הוכיח להנחת דעתו של המנהל נסיבות שלפיהן הוא פטור מחובת ההתמחות או הבחינות.
