9. הפסקת התמחות
(א)מוסד מוכר הרוצה להפסיק את התמחותו של מתמחה אצלו, יודיע על כך בכתב, בצירוף נימוקים, למועצה המדעית ולמתמחה לפחות 90 יום מראש, זולת אם קיבל היתר מהמועצה המדעית להפסיק את ההתמחות במועד מוקדם יותר.
(ב)מתמחה הרוצה להפסיק התמחותו במוסד מוכר פלוני יודיע על כך למועצה המדעית ולמוסד המוכר לפחות 30 יום מראש, זולת אם קיבל היתר מהמועצה להפסיק את התמחותו במועד מוקדם יותר.
