5. מחירו של שירות
תיקון: תשמ״ה, תשמ״ז
(א)מחירו של שירות מיובא מסויים הוא סכום מטבע החוץ המועבר בשלו לחוץ לארץ.
(ב)מחירם של כלל השירותים המיובאים, לרבות טובין, שרוכש תושב ישראל בעת שהותו בחוץ לארץ, הוא סכום מטבע החוץ שקנה לצורך נסיעתו.
(ג)(בוטל).
