11. שמירה על סודיות
עובדי המכון, עובדי מעבדות אחרות שלפי תקנה 8, חברי ועדת ההיתרים והועדות המקצועיות וחברי המינהלה, ישמרו על סודיות הדברים שיגיעו לידיעתם כתוצאה ממילוי תפקידם בביצוע תקנות אלה, ולא יפרסמו חומר הנוגע לדברים אלה, אלא אם קיבלו לכך אישור בכתב ומראש מאת המנהל.
