20. הצעות בכתב
תיקון: תשנ״ה
חברי ועדה המעונינים להגיש הצעות לשינויים ולתיקונים בהצעות התקן שהועדה דנה בהן, יעבירו אותן, מראש ובכתב, ליושב ראש הועדה, שבוע לפחות לפני מועד ישיבת הועדה. יושב ראש הועדה רשאי לדון בהצעה לשינויים ותיקונים אף אם לא הוגשה כאמור בסעיף זה.
