33. אישור תקן חוץ
המנהל רשאי, לאחר התייעצות עם הועדות המרכזיות והועדות הטכניות, הנוגעות בדבר, לאשר תקן חוץ כתקן ישראלי ובלבד, שלא יותר משליש מחברי אחת הועדות, שאיתן התייעץ, התנגדו לאישור.
