11. פרסום
(א)אחת לשנה לפחות, יפרסם האחראי הודעה לציבור בדבר האפשרות של מפעיל להתקשר עם משרד הרווחה לפי תקנות אלה.
(ב)האחראי יפרסם בהודעה ברשומות, לא יאוחר מה־1 באפריל בכל שנה, את רשימת המפעילים שאליהם הופנו משרתים בשירות האזרחי בשנה שקדמה לפרסום.
