14. איסור עיסוק ורוכלות
לא ייכנס אדם לשמורה ולא יימצא בתחומה לשם ניהול עסק או רוכלות וכן לא ינהל אדם עסק או רוכלות בשמורה, אלא אם ניתן לו רשיון בהתאם לסעיף 19 לחוק.
