7. הגשת מידע ומסמכים ובחינת הבקשה
תיקון: תשע״ה
(א)מבקש יגיש למנהל, בכל עת שיידרש לכך, כל מידע או מסמך, לרבות בדבר בעל עניין או נושא משרה במבקש, או בדבר נושא משרה בבעל עניין במבקש, הדרושים, לדעת המנהל, לשם בחינת בקשתו.
(ב)הבקשה תיבחן בידי המנהל לעניין עמידתה בתנאים למתן רישיון לפי פרק ג׳; המנהל יביא לפני השר את ממצאיו.
