13. שינויים ומחיקות באישור
(א)היו בטופס של אישור נוטריוני מלים שאין צורך בהן לענין הנדון יבטל אותן הנוטריון על ידי מתיחת קו עליהן.
(ב)כל שינוי וביטול בטופס של אישור נוטריוני יחתום עליהם הנוטריון בראשי תיבות של שמו.
