6. פעולות טעונות הסכמה
נתבקש נוטריון לאמת את חתימתו של אדם על מסמך ונתעורר ספק אם אמנם עשיית הפעולה שבמסמך טעונה אישור, הסכמה או פעולה כיוצאת באלה, ואלה לא ניתנו, יצרף הנוטריון לאישורו הערה כי אין באישורו משום אישור לתקפה של הפעולה שבמסמך.
